Who’s Gonna Be The Champion?!
And hello there, how are you guys? I hope you guys are doing well, It’s good to be back once again . Well, this is my first blog which is about any International teams and I do not mean to insult any team in any sense.
I would like to thank you guys for showing your support and reading the blog. So without taking much of your time, let’s kick off and enjoy the read.
NOTE:- THE SQUAD GIVEN BELOW WAS WRITTEN BEFORE THE OFFICIAL SQUAD RELEASE BY THE TEAMS
This blog is gonna be on the FIFA WORLD CUP 2022 which is gonna be started on 20th November 2022. Let’s take a look at Groups for this World Cup 2022.
Group A
Well on the basis of the squad Netherlands is probably gonna be at the top of the group. Just look at their squad they got Van Dijk at the back along with Matthijs De Ligt. In midfield, they got Ryan Gravenberch a rising youth player who currently plays for Bayern Munich, Frenkie de Jong, Donny van de Beek and Georginio Wijnaldum. At the attack, they have Depay and Steven Bergwijn as the attacking power for the team. Pretty much assure a guaranteed place in Round 16. The Netherlands has options for each position. Honestly speaking I know nothing much about the other teams in this group, of course, Senegal has a few famous players and they sure are amazing players, Sadio Mané, Kalidou Koulibaly etc are a few players. Overall Senegal has a decent team and they can make it into the round of 16 too. Well about Ecuador, Based on Ecuador's performance I feel they might surprise us with their game style.
Group B
This group looks interesting to me, As I said it's football vs soccer which is pretty much a heated argument between the Europeans and Americans. England always has the best squad for every tournament and yet somehow they bottle the chances of winning a trophy. The team isn't alone to be blamed but the team selection by the manager Southgate is also poor sometimes. England can even go and win the World Cup I feel they are also the favourites to win it this year they have an amazing and quality squad. Wales has a young squad not so experienced but yeah they are capable to get into the round of 16. I feel the completion between Wales and USA would be much more interesting to see, to see them fighting for the second place is gonna be good and yeah anyone of them can even go and defeat England for the first place you may never know. Can’t say much about Iran but I am looking forward to seeing Mehdi Taremi in action during the World Cup.
Group C
MESSI MESSI MESSI, it's just Messi. The whole group is all about Messi, Argentina has to not only win the group stage but yes they should AIM to win the World Cup because Messi won't be having another chance since it's gonna be his last retirement. The quality team Argentina has is too good there should be no excuses this time. They have won COPA 20/21 and even the CONMEBOL-UEFA CUP OF CHAMPIONS, so they are pretty much a strong side to win the World Cup. Poland has LewanGOALski, Krzysztof Piatek who was supposed to be the rising star but failed like other Seria A young players, Arkadiusz Milik who’s an excellent player and is currently with Juventus, Mateusz Klich was fantastic with Leeds when the team got promoted in the league. So overall the team is pretty good decent but not good enough to challenge for the World Cup with other groups.
Group D
France has one of the best squads in the world which make them the favourites to win the World Cup again this year. They have good defenders, great midfielders and amazing strikers in the squad. The squad they have should be at least in the semi-finals and aim to win it once again, but it's a team game and the few players they got in the squad are a little hard to deal with. With Kante out of the squad and Varane who came off injured in the match against Chelsea with United, the team does look shakey but yeah they got youth players too in midfield they got Aurélien Tchouameni, Eduardo Camavinga. They can totally damage a lot to the opposition team if they play at their best level. Nkunku is the man in the form since he scored 35 goals and 20 assists in 56 games. In the midfield, they got amazing players who proved to be dangerous for the opposition. Denmark, on 25/9/22, defeated France by 2 goals, yes you read it right. They have a pretty good team with Eriksen back in form. Höjbjerg, Delaney, Lord Braithwaite, Christensen, Dolberg and Yussuf Poulsen as strikers and Kasper Schmeichel in the goal they are an overall pretty good team and Kjaer is their Captain they can pretty much survive till the round of 16 then it’s gonna be a tough one for them.
Group E
This is the most interesting group for me, Germany, Spain, Japan and Costa Rica. Germany is the favourite national team for sure. They have huge chances to be in the final. Their midfielder is just amazing, and guess who is back on the squad?! Mario Gotze, the World Cup-winning goal scorer in 2014 against Argentina. Jamal Musiala is one of the most exciting youngster at the World Cup this year. Has huge potential and expectations are already high for him. It’s really shocking as a Manchester United that David De Gea didn't make it into the Spain squad. I don’t mean to disrespect the player but he’s better than Robert Sanchez at the goal. Spain has amazing talented players young players to be precise, Pedri, Gavi and Ansu Fati they are having their first World Cup, its really interesting for everyone. Pau Torres at back can ensure something for Spain. Again I don't really know much about Costa Rica but yes they got their best keeper at the back former Real Madrid Player Keylor Navas. The Underrated team for World Cup for me, would be Japan reasons ? nah I just got the feeling that they would do good this world cup. Takehiro Tomiyasu, Daichi Kamada, and Kubo once called Japanese Messi and Takumi Minamino. These are the famous player playing for Japan. Their past games have shown some positive result and their game against Germany is gonna be amazing on 23rd November 2022
Group F
Croatia, the 2018 World Cup Runner against Belgium one of the strongest competitors in the World Cup, Canada and Morocco. Croatia were really the underdogs at the last world cup. It was really amazing to see them reach the world cup and sad to see them lose against France but well this world maybe they can actually meet them who knows it's football you know. Luka Modrić, Ivan Perišić, Marcelo Brozović, Mateo Kovačić, Mislav Oršić are the experienced player and great assets for the team. Among them, it might be the last world cup so they have to give their best and be top of their game. Belgium, well once again they are among the best teams and the favourite to win the World Cup. Their squad? it's amazing, decent and balanced. Thibaut Courtois at back, Kevin De Bruyne in midfield and Romelu Lukaku ahead pretty much give them assurance to reach the round of 16. Jonathan David and Alphonso Davies are the star players of the Canadian team. Youssef En-Nesyri, Hakim Ziyech and Achraf Hakimi are the star player of Morocco. I am sure you guys have heard about En-Nesyri, if not then just go on YouTube you guys need to see his game for real!!.
Group G
BRAZIL ARE THE WINNER OF THE 2022 WORLD CUP is all that few fans wanna hear. Brazil has one of the best squads in the World. They have plenty of talent in each position. Many of their players are having this as their last World Cup, yes Neymar is one of them. It’s really sad to see these players retire soon and it's heartbreaking as a football fan. Neymar, Casemiro, Thiago Silva and Daniel Alves this is the last World Cup for them. But for this World Cup, they are totally ready to destroy and they are back for revenge against Germany. Filip Kostić, Dusan Tadić, Dušan Vlahović, Luka Jović, Aleksandar Mitrović, I am sure you guys have heard these names in the footballing World Cup, they are the heroes of their country Serbia. These players are very famous for the amount goals they scored and their playing style. But seeing them all play together would really be worth watching I guess the scoreline would be really interesting when they play against any team! Switzerland has Granit Xhaka, Manuel Akanji, Zakaria, Yann Sommer and others about them they are a pretty decent team and I feel them playing against Serbia would be a really amazing game! Not having information about Cameroon makes it difficult for me to say anything about them but yes they got Andre Onana, Choupo-Moting the star players of Cameroon.
Group H
SIUUUUUUUUUUU its Portugal baby!!!. Indeed it's the last World Cup for both of them. Portugal has their best squad and Uruguay has already been named as the UNDERDOGS for this World Cup both of them are in the same group makes it more interesting to see this group. What can I say about this group, I mean seriously I have no words for Portugal everyone knows the squad much better than me, and their attacking power is just amazing. Uruguay has Luis Suarez, Jose Gimenez Federico Valverde Darwin Nunez and many other star players having the experience and talent which would guarantee them to clear this group and move on to round 16.

I would like to thank you all for your continous support and really sorry for this delay . This blog was started month prior but due to some unexpected events, SO today the World Cup Starts and its 12:03 IST and the first match of the FIFA WORLD CUP 2022 is gonna be between Qatar vs Ecuador.
