Thierry Henry is a French professional former footballer and currently football coach of the Major League Club Montreal Impact. Henry is considered to be the greatest striker of all time and also known as the great player in Premier League history. In 2003 & 2004 he was the runner-up for the FIFA World Cup Player of the Year and was runner-up for ballon d'or the former year. He is the 4th All-Time Premier League Goalscorer. Henry was Arsenal's top scorer during their 2003-04 "Invincible" season, with 39 goals in all competitions. He was also included in the FIFA FIFPro World XI once and the UEFA Team of the Year five times. He was one of the most commercially marketed footballers during the 2000s. He was named the PFA Player's Player of the year twice.

Henry made his professional debut with Monaco in 1994 before signing the defending Serie A champions Juventus. In Juventus Henry made 15 appearances and scored only 3 goals due to lack of playing time. He also had disagreements with the club which led him to an opportunity for the transfer. In 1999 he signed for English Premier League Club Arsenal for only 11£ million. He became the prolific striker and Arsenal all-time leading scorer with 228 goals in all competitions. He won Premier League Golden Boot a record four times. He won two Premier League titles with the club, including one during an unbeaten season dubbed The Invincible. He spent his final two seasons as the club's captain and led them to the UEFA Champions League final. In 2007 he went to Barcelona where he made 254 appearances and scored 174 goals he also was a key part of Barcelona's historic treble when they won La Liga, The Copa del Rey, and the UEFA Champions League. In 2010 he went to MLS side Newyork Red Bulls and scored 51 goals. He was New York Bulls' All-time leader in Assist. He returned to Arsenal on loan for two in 2012 and made 4 appearances and scored 1 goal before retiring in 2014.

Thierry Henry was the Premier League top goalscorer in four separate seasons (2001-02;2003-04;2004-05 and 2005-06). He was the only player to score 20+ goals in 5 successive Premier League Seasons.

Thierry Henry has succeeded for his national team France winning the 1998 FIFA World Cup, UEFA Euro 2000, and 2003 FIFA Confederations Cup. He was also named the French player of the year 5 times. He was also the UEFA EURO 2000 Team of the Tournament and awarded both the 2003 FIFA Confederations Cup Golden Ball and Golden shoe and was named to the 2006 FIFA World Cup All-Star Team. He became the country's record Goalscorer in October 2007. He retired in 2014 from international football after the 2010 FIFA World Cup

He started his managing career in Arsenal’s youth team in February 2015, he was appointed as the assistant manager at Belgium, before he took up the job as the head coach for his former club Monaco in 2018. He sacked from Monaco in January 2019 and returned to MLS less than a year later to manage the Montreal Impact
