Roberto Carlos is known as The Bullet Man. The former Brazilian Professional footballer now works as a football ambassador. He started his career as a striker in Brazil but spent most of his career playing Left back in history and was also known as the Free-kick specialist. On June 3, 1997, Roberto Carlos impressed the world with one of the most spectacular free-kicks in football history. His bending shots have been measured at over 105 miles per hour(169km/h). He played for clubs like Real Madrid, Fenerbahce SK, Sport Club Corinthians Paulista, Inter Milan, Anzhi Makhachkala, Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras, Delhi Dynamos FC. At club level he spent 11 highly successful seasons at Real Madrid by playing total 584 matches in all competitions and scoring 71 Goals. He won four La Liga titles and UEFA Champions League three times. In April 2013 Marca named him in their Best Foreign Eleven in Real Madrid's History. In August 2012, he announced his retirement from football at the age of 39.
The Bullet Man started playing for Brazil in 1992. He played three world cups, helping the team reach the final in 1998 in France, and win the 2002 tournament in Korea/Japan. He was named in the FIFA World Cup All-Star Team in 1998 and 2002. With 125 Caps he has made the second-most appearances for his national team Brazil.
Carlos was named the Manager of Sivasspor in the Turkish Super Lig in June 2013. He resigned as head coach in December 2014. From January to June 2015 he was manager of Akhisarpoor. In July 2015 Carlos was appointed as player-manager of Indian Super League club Delhi Dynamos.

In March 2011, during an away game against Zenit Saint Petersburg, a banana was held near Carlos by one of the fans as the footballer was taking part in a flag-raising ceremony. The same scenario occurred in June, in a match away at Krylia Sovetov Samara, Carlos received a pass from the goalkeeper and was about to pass when a fan threw a banana onto the pitch. The 38 years old Brazilian picked it up and threw it at the sidelines, walking off the field before the final whistle and raising two fingers indicating this was the second time since March.
