John Terry is an English professional footballer who played as Defender ( centre back ). He is currently an assistant head coach for his youth club West Ham United. He was previously captain of Chelsea and Aston Villa. He was regarded as the best defender in the world at his prime. He is considered to be the Best English Defender and Best Premier League Defender in history. John Terry has been named UEFA Club Defender of the Year in 2005, 2008, 2009. PFA Player’s Player of the year in 2005 and was also included in FIFA Pro World XI for five consecutive seasons from 2005-09.

Terry has been Chelsea’s successful Captain leading them to five Premier League titles, Four Fa Cups and many other titles. He is among the five players to make over 500 appearances for The Blues. He is also the club’s highest-scoring defender. His defending skills were top of the level. He could even rival the great Maldini. Some other defenders who could rival were Vidic and Rio. 2017 was his final season with the blues. On 3 July 2017 Terry signed a one year contract with his boyhood club Aston Villa on a free transfer. He was appointed as the captain for the 2017-18 season. He scored 41 goals for The Blues as a centre back. For his national country England, he made 78 appearances and scored 6 goals.

John Terry has won 5 times Premier League titles ( 2005,2006,2010,2015,2017). One UEFA Champions League in 2011/12 season. 5 times FA Cup Champions (2000,2007,2009,2010,2012). 3 times English Carbon Cup titles (2005,2005,2015). One UEFA Europa League Winner (2012/13). Two times the English Community Shield (2005,2009).
