Pellistri is an Uruguayan professional footballer who plays as a right winger for Manchester United. His other position which he can play is Left Wing. He is just 18 and plays for Manchester United under 23s . He already made 4 appearances and scored a goal and gave a assist. His game against Spurs for Under 23 showed he has how much potential. He is a perfect dribbler and give accurate crosses which helped United players alot during the match.
The reason why Manchester United brought him according to me is due to his skills in dribbling and the way he brings ball from right wing to centre is somewhat similar to Jaden Sancho. United won 4–3 against Spurs under 23s where he gave a brilliant assist from right wing.
With Pellistri who plays similar to Sancho can be very helpful for Bruno as he can put long ball which will help Pellistri to receive and put a cross in the centre where either Rashford or Martial would be available. By seeing Pellistri’s game I can analysis that he is perfect for attacking football. He won’t make the game slow and keep the flow. United are good at counter-attack and amount of pace we have in our front it would be much easy to counter-attack and score. He dribbles lot but unlike Douglas Costa, it works. He may be a winger but he can even help to create space. The part which I like about Pellistri even if he loses the ball he makes a run to recover it, unlike Paul Pogba who loses and never even care to recover it which effect our back four. He intercepts well and takes the ball from the opponent. Although he is just 18 he still has a lot of time to improve his game. I think United should bring him up after a few games with Under 23s.
